  We have five different rooms to choose from, each with its own private bath, and covered with art work. Each room includes:
- iPod speakers
- Wi-Fi access & free intl phone calls
- High quality linens and towels and beach towels
- table and two chairs
- Drinking water
- Coffee each morning
Rates: $55/ night, $360/week
[Single or double occupancy; $10/night extra person]
Holiday rates: 20 Dec 2009 - 2 Jan 2010: $75/night
Two rooms have A/C, one has 3 beds, one more can be set up with 2 beds. The linens are high quality and the bed covers and waterproof mattress pads are cleaned for each guest.
The main house is a large, open room with high ceilings which combines the kitchen, dining, and living room with it's books, magazines and TV/DVD/VCR. There is also an upright piano and guitar for those with musical tendencies.
The Garden features a shaded over the patio, a hanging hammock chair, two hammocks, and a lounge chair. All around you, are veined walls, trees, and flowers, and soft grass beneath your bare feet.
There are two friendly cats that live on site but are not allowed in the rooms. Smoking is allowed outdoors. There is an outdoor shower in the front of the house and a hose to rinse your boards in the backyard.
